Arrive in Hanoi
Arrival transfer and check in. In the evening, a walk through the Old Quarter and around Hoan Kiem Lake. Overnight in Hanoi.

Hanoi city tour
The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex from outside, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature and Train Street, finishing with a water-puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.
- Day3
Ha Long Bay overnight cruise
Drive about 2.5 hours to Ha Long and board your cruise. Sail among the limestone karsts, visit a cave and kayak in a sheltered inlet. All meals on board, with vegetarian options arranged in advance. Overnight on the cruise.
- Day4
Ha Long to Hoi An
Sunrise on deck and brunch as the boat returns, then drive back to Hanoi for the flight to Da Nang and the 40-minute transfer to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.
- Day5
Hoi An Ancient Town
A guided walk through the Ancient Town — the Japanese Covered Bridge, the assembly halls and the tailoring streets — and a lantern boat ride on the Thu Bon river after dark. Overnight in Hoi An.

Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge
A full day at Ba Na Hills by cable car, taking in the Golden Bridge, the French Village and the gardens. It is busy at weekends, so we schedule it on a weekday where we can. Overnight in Hoi An.
- Day7
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City
Morning free for a cooking class or the beach at An Bang, then the flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. Evening at leisure around Nguyen Hue walking street. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Day8
Cu Chi tunnels and city sights
Half-day trip to the Cu Chi tunnels, then the War Remnants Museum, the Central Post Office and Ben Thanh Market in the afternoon. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Day9
Mekong Delta day trip
A full day in the Mekong Delta — a boat through the canals, a coconut-candy workshop and fruit tasting in an orchard — returning to the city by evening. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Day10
Departure
Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your flight home.

Terms, payment and cancellation
Terms & conditions
This itinerary is quoted on twin-sharing basis and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Hotels shown as 'or similar' may be substituted with a property of comparable category and location, and you will be informed before departure. Prices may change before confirmation due to currency movement, revised government taxes or supplier rate changes.
Sightseeing may be resequenced to suit local conditions, weather or monument closure days. Where an included attraction cannot operate for reasons beyond our control, we substitute a comparable alternative or refund the applicable component.
Payment policy
A booking amount of 30% of the package cost confirms your services, with the balance due before departure on the date stated in your booking confirmation. Where an airline or hotel requires earlier full payment, we tell you at the time of quoting.
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and NEFT/RTGS transfer to our registered current account. We never request payment into a personal account — always verify account details by calling us before transferring.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Standard charges apply from the date we receive your request: the booking amount is retained more than 45 days before departure, 35% between 31 and 45 days, 60% between 16 and 30 days, 80% between 8 and 15 days, and 100% within 7 days or for a no-show.
Air tickets, cruise bookings and non-refundable hotel rates follow their own supplier terms, which are stated in your quotation before payment. A visa refusal does not waive cancellation charges.
