In short
Our guides are written for Indian passport holders by the Elitech Travels editorial desk in New Delhi, drawing on the day-to-day booking experience of consultants with 15+ years in travel. Volatile facts — visa rules, fees, fares, opening dates — are checked against official sources and every page shows the date it was last reviewed.
Who writes our guides
Guides are produced by the Elitech Travels editorial desk — Elitech Travels Private Limited, BE-12, Hari Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110064, India. We do not publish under invented bylines or fake personas. Content draws on what our consultants see while planning real trips: which visa files get questioned, which transfers run late, which hotels serve a proper vegetarian breakfast. The company was incorporated in 2025; the experience behind the guides belongs to the team, and we say so plainly.
Where the facts come from
- Official sources first — government visa portals, embassies and their outsourced centres, tourism boards, airports, airlines, the Income Tax Department, RBI and CBIC for money rules.
- Our own bookings — fares, hotel rates and ground costs we see when quoting real trips.
- Long-term climate data — monthly averages from national meteorological services, not single-year snapshots.
- Where sources disagree, we say so, use a range, and point you to the authority that decides.
Each page lists the sources that matter most for it under “How we checked this page”.
How we show prices
Every price on this site is a market-driven starting price — per person, on twin sharing, for the stated nights — reflecting what Indian travellers are typically quoted at the time of review. We do not show strike-through “was” prices, countdown timers or invented discounts. A real quote depends on your dates, hotel category, room mix and group size; peak weeks (Diwali, Christmas–New Year, May–June school holidays) cost more. Taxes such as GST and TCS apply as per law.
Reviews and updates
Every guide carries a “fact-checked” date. Visa, fee and fare pages are reviewed most often, because they change most often. When a rule changes, we update the page and its date rather than publishing a new one, so links keep working.
Independence
We are a travel company and we sell trips — that is how the guides are paid for. But guidance is written to be useful whether or not you book with us: we tell you when a destination is poor value in a given month, when you can easily book something yourself, and when another place would suit you better. We do not accept payment for placement in a guide. Our booking engine, FlightsBazaar, is owned by the same company, and we say so wherever it appears.
Use by search and AI assistants
Our pages are open to search engines and AI answer engines. A machine-readable summary is available at /llms.txt. If you quote us, please link the specific page and note its review date.
Photography
Destination photographs are freely licensed images from Wikimedia Commons (CC0, public domain, CC BY or CC BY-SA), credited on each page and listed in full on our photo credits page. We replace them with our own photography as it becomes available.
