Adventure travel is the one category where the operator matters more than the itinerary. A rafting stretch, a dive site or a trekking route is only as good as the people running it and the equipment they maintain.

Who we work with

We use certified operators — PADI or SSI for diving, recognised mountaineering associations for trekking, licensed rafting outfits with current safety certification. We check equipment age, guide ratios and insurance cover, and we decline to work with operators who cut corners even when they are cheaper.

Honest about fitness

Every adventure itinerary states the fitness level required in plain language: how many hours of walking, what gradient, what altitude and what the bail-out option is. High-altitude routes in Ladakh and Sikkim include proper acclimatisation days, which is why our itineraries are sometimes a day longer than the cheapest version you will find.
