A group tour is the least stressful way to see a country you have never visited. Someone else has already worked out the driving times, booked the hotels that are actually near the sights, secured the museum slots and arranged a meal you will recognise at the end of a long day. You turn up with a suitcase.
What an Elitech group departure feels like
We keep our groups deliberately small. A coach packed to the last seat saves money on paper and costs you an hour every time it loads and unloads. Smaller numbers mean quicker boarding, better restaurants, hotels that can seat everyone at once and a tour manager who learns your name on day one.
That tour manager travels with you from the first airport to the last. They hold the tickets, handle the check-ins, sort out the one bag that did not arrive, and know which of the two queues at the Eiffel Tower is moving. When something goes wrong — and on a long trip something always does — you are not the one solving it in a language you do not speak.
Food, without the daily negotiation
Indian travellers eat differently, and pretending otherwise ruins holidays. Wherever the route allows, we arrange Indian meals at restaurants we have actually eaten in, with vegetarian and Jain options confirmed in advance. On stretches where that is not possible, we say so upfront rather than letting you discover it in a service station.
Who these tours suit
Group departures work beautifully for parents travelling with grown children, for retired couples who would rather not drive abroad, for first-time international travellers, and for anyone who wants to see a lot of a country without spending three weekends planning it. If you would prefer to move at your own pace, look at our private and self-drive tours instead — we are happy to say when a group is the wrong fit.
