Visa Assistance
Documentation, review and filing for Schengen, UK, US, UAE and e-visa destinations.
Most visa refusals are avoidable. They come from thin financial evidence, an itinerary that does not match the bookings, a covering letter that says nothing, or an application filed too close to the travel window. Our documentation desk exists to remove every one of those failure points before your file reaches a consulate.
What we actually do
We prepare the complete file rather than handing you a checklist. That means the covering letter, the day-by-day itinerary in the format the consulate expects, confirmed hotel and flight documentation, correctly formatted financial evidence, and employment or business proof assembled to match the stated purpose of travel. Before submission, a second consultant reviews the file against the current requirements for that mission.
Destinations we handle
Schengen for all 27 countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa and China through the consulate route. UAE, Turkey, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Sri Lanka and Kenya through e-visa and online systems. Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives and Mauritius under visa-free or visa-on-arrival arrangements, where we confirm the current position for your passport before you travel.
Appointment realities
Schengen and UK appointment slots tighten severely in the peak travel months. We tell you at enquiry whether your intended window is realistic, and we would rather advise you to shift your travel than take a booking we do not believe will be documented in time.
What we cannot do
No agency can guarantee a visa. The decision belongs entirely to the consulate. What we can do is make sure the file gives them no reason to refuse, and that if a refusal does happen, you understand why and what to change before reapplying.
