A New Delhi travel company that plans holidays the way it would plan its own.
Elitech Travels Private Limited is a travel company based in New Delhi. We design and operate holidays across India and the world for families, couples, groups of friends and companies — and we handle the visa, the currency and the insurance that go with them.
A new company, not a new team
Elitech Travels Private Limited was incorporated in 2025. The people running it are not new to any of this — our consultants have spent more than fifteen years between them selling these destinations, filing these visa applications and fixing the problems that arise at two in the morning on the other side of the world. The company is young; the judgement behind it is not.
Why we started it this way
We began with a straightforward observation: most travel companies sell a departure date and expect the traveller to bend their life around it. Leave gets approved for a particular fortnight, school holidays fall where they fall, and a wedding is on a date nobody chose. Selling fixed departures means telling most people that the trip they want is not available.
So we built the company the other way round. We publish routes, durations and inclusions — and then operate them when it suits you. That is why you will not find a single date on a package page on this site.
What we believe about itineraries
A good itinerary is mostly about what it leaves out. It is easy to make a brochure look generous by adding a fourth city to a six-night trip; it is much harder to admit that the trip is better with three. We consistently recommend fewer moves and longer stays, even when it reduces what we can charge.
We are equally direct about hotels. Location beats star rating almost every time, and a famous property having a bad year gets dropped from our list regardless of how good the rate is.
Everything under one roof
Visa documentation, foreign exchange and travel insurance are handled by our own desks rather than farmed out. When something needs attention, there is one number to call and one company accountable — not three vendors pointing at each other.
Who travels with us
Families taking a first international trip together. Couples on honeymoon who want the itinerary to be short and the hotel to be right. Groups of friends who want the logistics solved. Parents in their seventies who want a pace that works for them. Companies moving teams for conferences and incentives. Pilgrims for whom darshan logistics matter more than sightseeing.
