Elitech Travels Private Limited respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and the travel details you choose to share. When you make a booking we additionally collect the information required to issue your services — passport details, date of birth, nationality, dietary and medical requirements where relevant, and billing information.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to make bookings with airlines, hotels and ground operators on your behalf, to prepare visa applications where you have asked us to, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations including RBI requirements for foreign exchange, and to contact you about your booking.
Who we share it with
Only with the suppliers required to deliver your trip — airlines, hotels, ground handlers, insurers and consulates — and only the information they need. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter we will send occasional emails about destinations and offers. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Enquiring about a holiday does not automatically subscribe you.
Security and retention
We hold your information on access-controlled systems and retain it for as long as required to service your booking and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to info@elitechtravels.com and we will respond within thirty days.

This website uses cookies for basic functionality and, where analytics are enabled, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work less well.
