Travel Insurance

Cover that reads properly — including senior citizens, pre-existing conditions and adventure activities.

Travel insurance is the product people buy without reading and then discover the limits of at the worst possible moment. Our approach is to explain the exclusions before you buy, not after you claim.

Where standard policies fall short

Most off-the-shelf policies exclude pre-existing conditions unless declared, exclude adventure activities including trekking above a stated altitude, diving and skiing, and reduce cover sharply for travellers over sixty. For a Ladakh trek or a Maldives dive holiday, a standard policy may cover almost nothing that is actually likely to happen.

What we arrange

Single-trip and annual multi-trip cover, Schengen-compliant policies meeting the mandatory 30,000 euro medical minimum, senior-citizen plans with declared pre-existing conditions, adventure and high-altitude extensions, student cover for those travelling to study, and group policies for corporate movements.

Claims

We help you assemble and file the claim rather than pointing you at a call centre. Keep every receipt, get a written medical report, and inform the insurer within the notification window — we brief you on all three before departure.

Frequently asked questions

Is travel insurance mandatory?
For Schengen countries, yes — a policy with minimum 30,000 euro medical cover is a visa requirement. Several other destinations require it too. Everywhere else it is optional and still strongly advisable.
Are pre-existing conditions covered?
Only if declared and specifically accepted by the insurer. An undeclared condition is the most common reason a claim is rejected. We arrange plans that cover declared conditions and explain exactly what is included.
Does my policy cover trekking or scuba diving?
Usually not under a standard plan. Adventure activities need a specific extension, and we arrange it as a matter of course for any adventure itinerary.
