A honeymoon is the one trip where the itinerary should be shorter than you think. After months of wedding logistics, the last thing two exhausted people need is a coach at 7 a.m. and four cities in six nights.
How we plan a honeymoon differently
We start by cutting. One or two bases instead of five, longer stays, and unhurried mornings. The sightseeing that stays is the sightseeing worth waking up for — a sunrise cruise, a private vineyard lunch, a walk through an old quarter before the coaches arrive.
Hotel choice matters more here than anywhere else. We book the room category, not just the property, because a garden-view room and a pool-villa in the same resort are two different holidays. Where a room upgrade, a private candlelit dinner or an in-villa breakfast can be arranged, we arrange it and tell you what it costs rather than promising vague "romantic touches".
Beaches, mountains or cities
The Maldives, Bali, Mauritius, Seychelles and the Andamans suit couples who want water and stillness. Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand and Kashmir suit those who want scenery and cool air. Japan, Italy and Turkey suit couples who would rather eat and wander than lie still. We will tell you honestly which one fits the two of you.
Practicalities we handle
Private airport transfers rather than shared coaches, flexible check-in where the property allows, visa documentation in time for the wedding season rush, and forex arranged before you leave. Because your travel window is usually fixed by the wedding, we work backwards from it.
