Best time to visit Maldives
November to April is the dry north-east monsoon and the peak season — the most reliable sunshine and the highest rates, particularly over Christmas and New Year. May to October brings more rain and wind but also substantially lower prices; showers are typically short. Manta and whale shark activity varies by atoll and season, so tell us if diving is a priority and we will match the island to the timing.
